    I'd settle for a 1 Mtpa plant to start us off to gain an income, then upgrade from there. Can't see any reason for being down yesterday except SUPPRESION by a large coy wanting in at the shallow end (tree shaking). It's all in place for Green today but just my opinion (made a crap call yesterday) so what do I know? GLTAH ps the output is defined by plant size
