Expected returns to justify $1 billion market cap, page-19

I am being profoundly polite by saying you must be joking. The cofounders have been receiving $400,000 each per year for a fairly heavy duty task. To sell 10% of 'their personal' holdings, as they are released from escrow, over a 12 month period is entirely reasonable, realistic and honourable. Also not a qantum that I would imagine would make any difference to the SP. PS Why would they sell the rest of their holdings when they of all people know the potential of this endeavour?? PPS As it happens I believe I saw one of them jogging on the weekend opposite direction to myself (no I am not acquainted with them or the company). I thought it was great to see him keeping fit for the task
