Agree Kaitema! This company just reported an $8 million loss which mainly relates to write-offs of platforms that were used in the prospectus where the company raised $7 million cash just over a year ago. No prospectus targets have been met. They need independent directors!! - to get some meaningful statements out? Especially as it looks like the company will down to around $1.4 million and is burning $700K a quarter. Independent directors should be insisted upon when they request additional capital. Looks like a lot of spin with no real revenue being achieved.
