    Looking at Spiders photos there some things don't make sense .
    Why this enormous loading bay ?
    This tank maybe is under 20 tons , or maybe is a 22 tons weighted to fill a tipper .
    If they setting up for the 35000 tons , that tank should load an average of about 7 tippers of 22 tons per day .
    I think is too much for a boiler only .
    We may get some clarification from the ECT soon .
