I have just received a littering fine for $25o. Given the time and date of the alleged offence I believe I have been reported as retaliation for a road rage incident.
EPA New South Wales have a "dob in" system where people can register themselves to be official dobbers.
When you receive the fine you are guilty until proven innocent. If you take it to court you have a chance to defend it, but if you've got no "counter" evidence what chance have you got?
Anyone had a similar instance?
