I would like to pass on my experience of using Emu Oil capsules [ Emu spirit ]
After watching landline a few weeks ago , where they said it was good with those waiting for replacement joints .
I have had both shoulders and one knee giving me a hard time for some years , both shoulders very crunchy
and painful ,
I was offered a replacement for one , but declined the offer
So purchased one bottle a week ago , the dosage of 4 , 3times a day seemed to high , intuition ..
So took 4 by 2 times a day , after 3 days all pain was gone . I am now doing muscle work easily .
dose is now 3 by 2 tines .
I don't crab sideway on steps anymore .
My age is 74 .
I hope this is useful, seems to have cleared all inflammation out , I had tried the oil externally with no results ..
