I think you are discounting the implications of trading with insider information. Do you think senior management would risk trading in their stock if there was even a fraction of a doubt they possess inside information just to support the share price, give me a break. Do you prefer going to gaol or maintaining your position in a potential multi-billion dollar company?
Consider for a moment the deals Fluence are working on and the entities involved. Deals will go on for months and possibly years depending on the scale, not to mention multiple deals going at once. I would not be surprised if seniors managers could not trade shares, buy or sell, for quite some time for this reason.
