    I've used the word 'disingenuous' because the evidence of a concurrent low share price and significant contracts *not* being negotiated have existed for the best part of 6 months. What would have been the excuse over that period of management/directors not buying?

    Does anyone who has been invested in this company over the last 6-12 months truly beleive that excuse?
