I think it'll solidify confidence for existing holders and may just be the final hurdle for them to further accumulate, but I know at least a few people who had this as their required milestone before taking the company seriously. Personally I felt this was largely, but not 100% priced in, but am more interested in any conditional agreements already in place, waiting for this the last piece. Wouldn't think I'm alone on musing this and expect the share price to move more on expectation of further more material announcements in the very near future.
