That's what I was thinking. There are quite a few synergies between ELD and WES. Not just the obvious stuff about sourcing chemicals, fertiliser and other ag and hardware supplies via Bunnings' buying power. Both WES and ELD have insurance arms, too. Could be some opportunties to cut some back office costs there.
There may be other ways that WES and ELD could leverage off one another without cannibalising their existing brands.
