Pyrite 'Fool's Gold' is a mineral which looks similar to gold but is an iron sulfide and therefore not scarce (Unlike gold, but has a visual appearance similar to gold). Since Bitcoin is scarce (21 million whole units will ever be mined by the year 2140), Bitcoin and Pyrite are opposites. Although Btrash and Scientology Vision resemble Pyrite more because of central control.
