Dennis Lin, chairman of the Australian listed company Bubs, which specializes in infant formula and complementary food business, joined the ranks of e-commerce entrepreneur Jessica Rudd and became a member of the board of e-commerce company eCargo Holdings Limited, a Chinese e-commerce company.
eCargo Holdings Limited (ASX: ECG: English paid users can check the real-time trends of company's company data and stocks) is an Australian-listed Chinese e-commerce group that operates under the eCargo and Amblique brands in Australia.
Earlier this year, the company acquired a 45% stake in Jessica’s Suitcase, a company founded by former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd’s daughter, Jessica Rudd. As part of the transaction, Ms. Rudd joined eCargo's board of directors.
Mr. Lin is a partner of BDO Australia, a director of the Buderim Group, and the chairman of the Bullsrim (ASX: BUB: English-speaking users who can check the company’s company data and stocks' real-time trends) through a backdoor listing – according to previous reports.
