I too believe we are seeing a surge of investment into Australasian Biotechs, not sure about a bubble but could be the beginning of a solid run (that we hope leads to a BIG bubble)
The issue is " Marketing" the telling of the story with real world applications and the investment opportunity laid out clearly. The day of Bio-techs being an acceptable Bio-Bank are over, earnings even if they are small are scale able. PAA have income of $3m pushing toward $4m from Epichem. Thats with the company doing the hard yards themselves to achieve those sales numbers.... Now Big Pharma with several 1000 reps worldwide with accounts to 100,000 medical Providers know they can expand the sales base,,, PIQ is another with a new test that has been released in the past couple of months,,,,earnings will always start as a trickle BUT with big Pharma that becomes a Torrent.. disclosure I have positions in all above mentioned companys.
