the reasoning is cse doesn't have spend up on plant and equipment, ZFX will pay for drilling and to jorc and will be operator l have heard a 70/30 jv cse gets income
and with income our holdings are not diluted. also l don't think cse could get walford creek up by itself for a long time. but sick would know more.
