I wonder if it was the Russians? Good chance I reckon, I am wondering whether it was a poison delivered by a small UAV, one like you could buy in a hobby shop?
It did occur in an open area, so that could be a possibility I reckon?
It seems strange that both Sergei Skripal and his daughter both became ill at the same time and even caused some distress to a police officer who attended to them, I think he was just collateral damage, I also heard that Skripal pointed to the sky as he became ill?
I wonder if they will ever get to the bottom of it? maybe the UK police should be checking for radio waves for the operation of a UAV in that location around that time?
