    Hi BB,

    Thanks for the video.

    This is precisely the problem i.e. water seeps into the asphalt, it then freezes and expands causing the asphalt to crack und crumble. The concrete below usually remains fairly stable. It is the asphalt topping that needs to be ripped up and replaced or potholes to be plugged every Spring.
