Directors holdings and management questions

Hi all

Have been sitting on the sidelines watching EGA and reading up. So far, I like what I’ve read, and am thinking of buying in.

Can anyone advise if the directors are heavily invested in this stock?

And

Does anybody have any general views on the quality of the Management here or previous history with any of the companies they’ve been involved with?
