    So how long is reasonable? A director in this company is bound to act in the companies best interests at all times. At what point are those sifting through the ashes and seeking recompense going to decide the actions of current directors meet this criteria?

    So..... get going and do something that adds value, or let others have a go. Return the cash if you have no ideas or hire someone with a few.
