    COB has roughly 107 Million shares. US$ 6 million for LGI based on $1.10 represents around 5.5 Million shares = around 5% "dilution" if i can even use this word. LG is the world 4th largest manufacturer of EV batteries in the world. Getting them on board on a technical and financial basis is a huge vote of confidence in COB , considering there is not even a PFS yet... The market is reacting very positively and rightly so.
