    It's different issuing shares to a partner such as LG compared to normal mums and dads... LG have no intention of selling but mums and dads normally do in order to profit from the high share price to get some money back from the CR...This is why the share price normally falls back to the issue price... If COB falls back to $1.10 it won't have anything to do with LG...
