Every indication is that the immediate intention is keep growing the business (why initiate a major change /upgrading to DDR’s warehousing if you were looking for a quieter life?).

When the day comes for the founders to exit, my view is that they will do it by puting the entire company up for sale (friendly takeover). I think that would deliver shareholders at that time (whenever that may be) a lovely takeover premium.
