    theres some possibility that SL might end up being a minority shareholder if they structure the t/o
    properly
    hell be like a polly on the back bench still creating noise, but his capital might be on the line if he doesnt start creep buying or consider lobbying a t/o o himself
    any t/o would have to be appealing to potential sellers ie.way nth of current sp
