    have to get ACCC approval bit hard imho
    if SL wants the sp to go up buy then another 1% and lodge notice telling mkt increasing holding
    going to get worse before gets better rate rises particularly on those with hefty motgages will see
    the discretionary dollar spend shrink
    latye nxt yr will be ther time for any formal t/o
    why buy now when pick up lot much cheaper
    strong avoid now.
