Deceit , I think that's how they do they take your money as the offer is technically open. Then after the allocations you will get a refund if required.
From what already been said about this float (and happy for you to be wrong) unless you are have an account with the lead managers or a fund manager , you will probably have a better chance of finding a one ended stick.
