I know making a loss is hard but selling now would be most irrational thing to do.
It's not the worst stock and at 4c is a bargain for what it can be in a years time.
As hard and difficult it is to see bleeding of your hard earned money just stop looking for a few months. I am pretty sure they will eventually get the production going.
This should be a 20c at least stock once money start flowing.

Agree, its a matter of timing, fundamentally its stronger too now. I think 20c is more of 12 months later
