Yes the SP is reflecting the uncertainty of the start...

Yes the SP is reflecting the uncertainty of the start date...especially as I have said before it should have started a year ago on market presentations given in 2016...they have over promised and under performed.The board have a lot to answer for...they have never built up the instos or the very high worth individuals on the register that would give the register stability...it is mainly a retail register and investors do need their money or think of better deploying it.
At least there is still plenty of money which gives a cushion on the SP.
