Riding two abreast while one is in the bike lane is illegal in some states probably all . When not turning left while in the left turning lane at the traffic lights .
Also no indication the whole time from changing lanes into and out of crossing a lane and i think you will also find no give way to traffic while changing from a lane .
Ie the bike rider has give way to the traffic behind it when changing lane .
You see if the two bike riders had of stayed in the same lane the whole way you would be correct the have the right to do so . But the swapping in out of the lanes is not .
if the bike rider want swap out of behind the single white line they have give way to the traffic behind them .
The fact no signaling took place the whole way they rode the bikes across and in and out over a single white crossed line .
It may look like the whole way they were sound but in fact they have obey the rules as they are traffic as they so soundly point out the whole way through the film .

The traffic behind them has no idea what they are doing because they do not signal there intention anywhere in the whole film .
