Lang is a property developer.
He has a business methodology that is about projects, not long term management - buy land land, develop, sell, use profits to help finance next deal. Repeat. It's what has made him a billionaire.
I find it hard to believe he has changed his spots so dramatically.
If anything, I reckon it would be Lang pushing for a buy out so he can realise profits and move onto the next project and it would be Treagus and the board, who realise the potential for a long-term winner, who might prefer a partnership or a CR/go it alone.
But if I had to guess (and like everyone else I must - as I have no idea what is really going on inside the board room) I would think that any disgreements within the board/ownership would be contained and they will come to mutually satisfactory outcome.
But,as I say, it's all conjecture.
Good luck all
