A friend asked me this morning why would a peer group shift around so dramatically nowadays as opposed to markets years ago. In a basic sense the market has become much more fluid and full of bubbles and inefficiency. This is in part because the information is now being shared and calculated like never before.

i am sure the industrialist looked at our peers... perhaps with an advisor.

I think one of the best ways to understand shifting sentiment is self interest.... Risk reduction and Leverage or fear and greed are both motivators that are hard wired into our brains. Woman are more risk adverse then men because of their brain difference with men.

More and more the human brain is being understood and this science and speculation has some really interesting features.

The herd like behavior is why the average investor stays longer then they should or jump way to early.

The simple investing principles of buy low and sell high and buy and hold and value always wins seems easy to follow but our own judgement is highly irrational.

FGR is the leader in the group and no amount of irrationality and inefficiency can stand over time....

I am curious .... Who here has come from one of our peers over the last 3 months?

    Why did you shift?

    Leverage?
    Risk Reduction?
    Value?

    Kind Regards
    DYOR!!!
