Contributing to total loss of $9.1 mil for the 6 months was $2.948 mil of Employee & Directors Expenses (another way of describing wages) and $1,183 mil Administrative Expenses. These expenses represent 45% + of the total loss which IMHO is not acceptable.
Also they conveniently avoided putting a Note in the accounts relating to Administrative Expenses of $1.183 mil. Given the high loss outcome I as a SH would want to know the breakup of this number.
These losses are not sustainable and something has to change ?
Selling the company is still the best outcome for all. Any offer north of .20cents per share would be a good result.
