Not sure if this info has been provided earlier but a friend emailed the company regarding the cr. He received this response to his queries:

1. In relation to the discount, the price is taken over a 10 day trading average which was 0.048 and they were given only a 16% discount from that 10 day average = 0.04
2. Regal Fund Managers and L 1 Capital
3. No other terms (attaching to the placement)

I can only see these two players taking a position in AVL as a positive.
