The NRE stuff as I'd and you'd posted is quite interesting, that and CAZ if they good good hits down the track suggests this is a regional scale system, which potentially makes CLA worth a motza. Worthwhile watching what they get up to.

FWIW I notice Walvis Bay have a lithium concentrate plant now and are about to do their first shipment of product to china this month

which suggests to me they are behind value adding, if CLA get somebody to help fund a processing plant we are off and running.
