Still a risky buy IMO until this trial is thumbs up and over. Safety has been based on low doses and small numbers, it's quite possible a side-effect has remained hidden through pure dumb luck. I'm thinking of the cardiotoxicity that crops up with Herceptin.
The 2nd cohort may have started. Higher doses and different patients. I still think a nasty side-effect would rate a get together with the scientists, especially if it threatened to derail things - eg cardiac.
The must exist the possibility that the immune memory could leave some patients with a chronic autoimmune problem.
Despite my concerns, I hold and wait. Just not with the certainty that a lot of HC bods seem to have.
