Regarding the meeting in Vienna, in my head it is like this:

imu has received an enormous offer. Some of the board think it's gigantic enough, but other's believe that imu's potential is so humongous that the offer needs to be astronomical.

As the weekend is approaching, and they are running out of words to describe the offer - they have decided to think it over and do a vote on Sunday on whether to approve the mammoth offer, and which word to use to describe it. Leslie's "ooh that's a big one" just doesn't cut it!
