Have you already checked out for your self and reserched all you can find out about all the names and backgrounds and companies of those in the top 20 holders?
not sure how to answer your last questions about healthy cells being attacked by the B cell antibodies, but I'm sure that other other's on IMU's scientific advisory board and other top scientifically minded people who are on the top 20 shareholders list have given that question consideration and have yet invested hundreds of thousends of dollars into this one, in fact I am fairly sure that one of them DYOR ) has more money in IMU than what they have invested in another prominant biotech company in which that person is CEO.
so for me amoungst other fundermental reasons as I don't have the medical expertise, I'll simply follow the money and am willing to take a substantual position where I see a high level of expertise, which I don't have, in the top 20.
