If it gets knocked back it's signalling a change of management is needed.
To be fair, AC is an excellent explorer. He's just been overly cautious about things that don't matter, and lacking in audacity where needed.
I think the real problems stem from the colossal delay with Xstrata and that disappointing result, combined with the downturn in the industry.
AC did an excellent job of proving up more resources, it's just that we LT shareholders are weary. He made a mistake giving money back to shareholders and the sale of Finland has meant all our eggs were in the same basket in Roseby.
The instos might be weary too. I would bet they are taking up the deal as they just want to make some money...for a change.
Knocking the deal back takes us into uncertain territory. I'm really not happy but I cant' see a clear way forward.
