"The in-ground resource value of the Olympic Dam copper-gold-uranium deposit owned by BHP Billiton is worth $1.286 trillion due to a recent surge in metals prices, according to David Upton, the author of the recently released book The Olympic Dam Story.
That represents a rise of nearly 50 per cent in the last six months, with the resource value comprised of $764 billion of copper, $377 billion of uranium and $133 billion of gold."
