    Good pick up Spongebob,

    I went back to the results of the AGM to reconcile some numbers and find the following interesting:

    Resolution 1 - the abstain / excluded votes reconciles to the joint holding of Vlado and Kathrine
    Resolution 6 - the abstain / excluded votes reconciles to the joint holding of Vlado and Kathrine

    Resolution 7 - the abstain / excluded votes reconciles only to the holding of Vlado, not Katherine's, so she effectively voted on giving her partner performance shares?
