I can believe that it was not a deliberate attempt to downplay the problems. But as a result, I am not convinced yet that the problems are solved. One of the problems reported here earlier this year was with a faulty fan,and another something about what inverter was compatible. I’m not an expert, but those didn’t sound like stack manufacturing issues to me.

Maybe these are easily fixable, and not fundamental, and I can well imagine that it’s hard to pinpoint a root cause of lots of little problems in order to make an announcement.

But I do feel that a company that faces up to their genuine issues, announces openly, and resolves quickly, is more likely to boom than one that downplays issues. I think Noddy’s raising good questions, but I don’t jump to the same conclusions.

I agree we need to know whether what they have now in Brisbane and coming off the Thai plant is a fully functioning and robust product.
