Laboratory testing of electrolyte samples from one specifically identified batch of ten
batteries indicate that they may be at risk of failure due to the presence of impurities in
battery electrolyte.
Laboratory testing is conducted to determine the nature of the failure. Things are manufactured in batches so a problem with a batch would be manufacturing related. If impurities are found in the battery electrolyte, this once again is manufacturing related. The impurities come from somewhere; either manufacturing raw materials or manufacturing processes/methods.
If you have lots of minor problems and you are about to scale manufacture significantly, you should seriously review how you are going to address the minor problems.
minor * lots * lots * lots = major
