Exactly right. Lynas is not taking the risk lightly. They are concerned. "So concerned" that they are taking all possible precautions.
I was asked why I was "so concerned" about Condisoil and storage issues. I gave my answer.
Now imagine the care and expense Lynas will go through when they begin Condisoil production, should it ever get approved. Transporting? Drying? Blending? It will be challenging.
You'll get nowhere trying to impugn my motives. Neither will ausheds and he knows it.
