Lynas submitted location of a suitable site which the AELB have obviously approved. Again, this was a requirement of the TOL.
Yep, US$50m is a sizable amount. But on the flip side if/when condisoil is approved the $US50m bond will no longer be required which means more money in Lynas bank account.
What concerns do you have with next years FOSL renewal? Approval of condisoil has nothing to do with FOSL renewal.
What 5 year figure are you refering too and what makes you think they will run out of onsite storage?
The on site residue storage facilities were designed as permanent storage facility however due to future land use this is not an option. Do you think the RSF was designed as a PDF with only 5 years storage capacity in mind?
