I suspect the TX land will become very valuable in the future. If someone hones a completion technique to make that play economic (which is exactly what happened in the past), the land value will be very high again.

The same might happen in Quebec but politics there is such a problem. I am tired of waiting. The energy sector in Canada is RED HOT and this is nothing but dead money.
