I wonder how Bentley can disclose this "0.25c/share offer", but not who made the offer??

Have they disclosed this to the ASX to allow the announcement?

Because guess what, I'd like to sell my shares as well, and I've "received an offer for 0.50 c/share"...
so maybe if I put out an announcement the price will jump to 0.30?

Just curious on the potential for manipulation, ie stock jumps up, sell, then no real offer materializes,
stock drops, and buy. Potentially very nice for Bentley
