    Snauage what i know it's NEC & its not BRN as it was contracted & discussed years ago prior BRN Tech even been developed
    Louis came to QLD last year to talk to the State Gov & Commonwealth officials but it was to late as i see it the contract was a done deal with NEC but we have lots of connections in other areas of low enforcement agency's
