We might have the tonnes & grade, but a full scale treatment plant still has to be built. The smart way to go would be to get all of the companies with reasonable Cobalt grades to pool their resources & have one centralized mega plant to treat all. It would certainly put the Goldfields area on the map as a cost effective world supplier.
