I thought I would review the PGM website in the hopes of finding a statement such as 'the Company is focused on in increasing share holder value etc etc.' No such statement located but the Corporate Governance Charter states (as it should with all listed companies) the following:
A 8 Corporate Code of Conduct
C Responsibilities to shareholders and the financial community generally
The Company aims: (1) to increase shareholder value within an appropriate framework which safeguards the rights and interests of the Company's shareholders and the financial community;
G.4 General Duties of Directors
Act in good faith General Law and Corporations Act duties: (1) to act in good faith in the best interests of the company.
