    Personally I feel this plays into CLA's hands. A resource that could be in production by 2020 and go hard at a high run rate (3Mtpa+) for the decade up to 2030 is much more attractive than something coming online in 2022-23 with a 1Mtpa run rate and a decades long LOM IMO.
