I do not see COB at 1.30 as "pretty high": one must look at the Market Cap and not the SP. Right now it is still low at only around $ 150M. As COB's CEO has said several times, the PFS will be a catalyst for the SP. With targeted OPEX at $12/lb and current prices at around 40$ the IRR will be very interesting to read even if I believe that COB's mgmt will be very prudent and likely use a figure around $ 25 to maybe 30/ lb. As far as I know BPL will be entitled to a 2% royalty.
