    I am sure there would be contacts in place that would not allow that to happen. Plus I am sure COB would hold onto their proprietary processing and effectively render Thackaringa unviable
    If Anything I feel there will be multiple Jv's with COB's processing at the centre. Maybe COB will launch a take over of BPL we will have to wait and see. This story has many more chapters to go. GLTAH and DYOR
